Securing a Place

A place can only be secured by you on a Panda Plumbing training course by completing our “book a place” page on this website and a non-returnable deposit of £300 is paid to us and cleared by our bank. Until this state has been reached then a contract with us shall not exist and a state of provisional booking shall prevail and we shall have no liability towards you. The state of provisional booking will remain for a maximum of 1 week to allow you to make your deposit payment, after which time the place will be made available to any other trainee.

Once you have secured a place by cleared payment of a £300 non-returnable deposit then a contract between us shall be deemed to exist, and the contract and these terms and conditions shall come into force. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your deposit and detail of the cost breakdown of the course by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide to us on the book a place form.


Attendance on a course

Attendance on course shall only be permitted if full cleared payment of the course fee is made and confirmed by our bank on the Friday before the commencement of the course. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your full payment by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide to us on the book a place form. 

This time scale may be flexible under certain circumstances. We reserve the right to approve each clients payment details on an individual basis.

If full payment is not received then we will have no obligation to allow you onto the course.


Cancellations or Transfers by you

Should you wish to cancel a course once you have made a deposit the deposit will be non-refundable. Any payments made in excess of the deposit but before a 21 day clearance date will be refunded minus a £10 administration fee. For cancellation after a 21 day clearance date, then 50% of the balance due plus £10 administration fee will remain due. Should you cancel after the start of the course there will be a 100% cancellation charge.

Should circumstances lead you to wish to change the timing of the course you have booked with us then provided you give us at least 14 days clear notice by contacting us by e-mail at info@pandaplumbingtraining.co.uk we may at our discretion be willing to transfer you and your deposit onto another course where a place still exists and that is convenient to both of us. Only one transfer will be allowed for any course. The deposit will remain non-refundable.


Warranty & Liability

The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the course is suitable for their requirements and that they have the necessary competence to achieve the objectives of the course.

We will not be liable for any damage you or your property sustains whilst in attendance at our centre neither will we be liable for any damage or injury you cause to others or their property.


Cancellation or Transfer by us

We reserve the right to modify the course content as described without notice to you. We reserve the right to modify the course dates as described and to notify you of the change by e-mail.

We reserve the right to cancel any course we offer to provide to you with no liability to you save that we will refund all monies paid in full or offer to transfer you to a later course should you wish.


Force Majeure

Panda Plumbing training Ltd shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under these terms caused by factors outside its control.

In these terms and conditions :

“we” “our” and “us” means Panda Plumbing training Ltd.

“you “ and “your” means you the trainee named and booked to attend on our course.
